Lone Star State Memories

In just a few short hours, I will be jetting off to one of my favorite places in the entire world - Texas! Gerrick and Daniel's engagement party is this weekend, and there was no way I was missing a celebration in honor of my best friend and her man. But this trip is going to be a little different... this time, Rami is coming with me!

Rami has never been to Texas! I found that shocking, until I remembered that just a few short years ago, I hadn't either. It wasn't until college, when I made friends with the most wonderful people in the world, that I finally got to experience the wonder that IS the Lone Star State. Some of my favorite people on earth are from or live in Texas, and over the past few years we've made some of the most amazing memories during my visits there. In honor of our upcoming visit, let's take a trip down memory lane...

My southern friends like to square dance. I swore I would never do it. Guess who was wrong?!

In just a few hours, we'll be in Dallas. I'm so excited to see my friends, celebrate my besties, eat some delicious food, and make some new memories, all with someone new by my side :) Texas here we come!

I miss my Texas girls so much! I left Houston 7 years ago, but I still miss the BBQ and Mexican food every day. Ha!
