On Wednesdays, We Wear Pink!

To know me is to know my insane love for the cinematic masterpiece, Mean Girls. Out of all my obsessions with mean/popular/pretty Queen Bee girls, Regina George is hands-down my favorite. And I can literally quote you the entire film from start to finish. Some of my favorites: “Four for you, Glen Coco! You go, Glen Coco!”, “Boo, you whore!”, “Danny Devito, I love your work!”, “Say crack again.” “Crack.” and of course, “She’s fabulous, but she’s evil.”

But I digress. One of the most famous lines from the movie is uttered by Karen Smith, while giving the rules of sitting with the Plastics (the popular girls) at lunchtime to the new girl, Cady Heron. “On Wednesdays, we wear pink!”

This, by the way, is something I strive to do in my own life. On Wednesdays, you can always find me wearing something pink in honor of my favorite movie :) and if you see me and you can’t see it, don’t worry - it’s my bra. (It’s my blog and I can overshare if I want to.)

Anyways, I’m digressing AGAIN. I’ve decided that from here on out, most Wednesdays I will post a picture of something FABULOUS, something GORGEOUS, something PINK. That way, we can all honor the Plastics and their insane rules (which secretly fill me with joy).

For our inagaugral post, I will start with something INSANELY amazing -- this Louboutin heel. If I was a shoe, THIS is the shoe I would be!
